iM2 Jet Printer - UV Curable Inkjet Solution

The high resolution iM2 printer provides a versatile, cost-effective solution to meet the need for variable data printing on a range of coated and uncoated substrates. Capable of printing addresses, barcodes, 2D codes, QR codes, numbering, logos and graphics, the iM2 is suitable for mailing and addressing applications, as well as labels, tickets, security, plastic cards and business form applications.

Equipped with industrial high-resolution and high-speed Ricoh Gen 5 DOD (Drop On Demand) piezo electric print heads and based on Inc.jet’s proven print technology, the iM2 UV curable inkjet printer produces stunning clarity at high speeds with ease of operation.

  • Low Cost, UV Curable Ink
    The iM2 system uses UV curable ink that has advantages of excellent hardness and durability. The ink can be used to print on a wide range of coated or uncoated substrates, including porous and glossy paper, plastic cards, and metals. Ink costs are very low compared to traditional HP technology.

  • High Resolution, High Quality
    The iM2 supports up to a 600 dpi vertical resolution and a maximum of 1200 dpi horizontal resolution giving you maximum quality at all times; there is little that cannot be printed with incredible sharpness.
  • Ultra Fast Speed
    For all your graphics and mail applications the IM2 is capable of ultra fast speeds up to 2.5 times the speed of HP technology.

  • Simple Integration
    The very small footprint and modular design of the iM2 means that it is easily and quickly integrated into mailing lines, webs and card lines. With all the printer electronics and ink delivery systems built into the printhead assembly the iM2 offers great flexibility to be combined with different technologies, such as feeding, UV curing, & camera inspection.
  • Maximum Uptime
    The iM2 system is designed for maximum uptime and productivity:
    • The warm up time has been developed to be as quick as possible. Print ready can be achieved within minutes.
    • Print head purging is easy. With print head mounting brackets moving between off-line purging and printer ready position, fast make ready can be achieved effortlessly.
    • Job changeover is possible within seconds.

  • Powerful FlexMail Software
    The FlexMail software makes it easy to create any design you may need with texts, barcodes and graphics. All pinter setup functions are available from within the software.

    FlexMail allows you to setup read-and-print, print-and-verify and matching applications.

All-in-One Solution

The iM2 Jet is delivered as an all-in-one solution. Print head with bridge and ink delivery system, encoder, trigger sensor and, optionally, a LED UV curing station. All in one very compact package. No bulky ink supply systems that take up floorspace. No additional controller: the system is run by FlexMail from any PC.

Simplicity is key to the iM2 design. All of the critical components are housed within the industrial print head - the print head, ink delivery systems and -single board- drive electronics. With no external air requirements, the complexity of the installation has been greatly reduced.
